Your body is a self-healing, self-preserving instrument. It has the incredible ability restore chemical imbalances, repair damaged biological components, and compensate for deficiencies. A lot of this is the result your body’s cellular energy production. Your energy currency is a significant contributor to your level of vitality and exuberance. However, there is a problem…
While your body is a remarkable specimen, it is by no means perfect. And sometimes, it may need assistance when it comes to cellular energy production. In this blog, we’re going to explore how energy for cells is produced and a simple (and proven) system that can supplement the process. Keep reading to learn more.
Cellular energy production is the process your body undergoes when regenerating its cellular energy. Also known as cellular respiration, this process occurs naturally with the proper inputs of nutrients. Cellular respiration consists of chemical reactions that transmute the stored energy in food molecules into a usable energy source for your cells.
Here are a few ways you can support your body’s cellular energy production process.
Healthy lifestyle: First and foremost, nothing can replace a healthy lifestyle when it comes to replenishing your energy input. This means getting enough sleep, consuming a healthy diet, consuming mineral-rich alkaline water, and getting enough exercise.
Nutrient intake: Be sure to stay on top of your vitamin intake as these nutrients are a major energy source. For example, B vitamins such as B1, B2, B3, B5, B7, and B12 are all critical for your body’s energy metabolism.
Cellular Rebalancing: One of the alternative health’s newest innovations is the HyperBath Pro. It’s a proven system that can revitalize your body from the inside out by rebalancing, resetting, and rebooting your cellular functionality.
While there are many other means available to address cellular energy production, there are a few simple ways for you to get started easily. These adjustments can make a big difference in everything from your emotional well-being to the aura you exude on a regular basis.
ATP (also known as adenosine triphosphate) is what is often considered the primary energy currency of a cell. It’s crucial for powering various cellular processes. As a result, it’s important that you try your best to optimize ATP for cellular processes. Here are a few ways ATP helps the body and cellular functionality.
Preserves cell structures
Maintains cellular homeostasis
Helps cells build and repair themselves
Provides energy for crucial cellular processes
Holistic healing begins at the cellular level. And ATP allows for many of those crucial cellular processes to unfold. As a result, it supports activities that contribute to your holistic well-being such as muscle contraction, protein synthesis, and even nerve impulse transmission.
Every day, a battle takes place within your cells. And this is due to the presence of free radicals. Free radicals are unstable, highly reactive oxygen molecules. They are produced by things such as too much sun exposure, air pollutants, smoking, and other environmental toxins. The good news is that, typically, your cells and mitochondria are packed with antioxidants that nullify free radicals before they have a chance to do any meaningful damage.
The problem, however, is that as we age, our supply of antioxidants decreases and the free radicals then begin causing damage to the DNA, proteins, and membranes in our cells. And as time passes, this damage can eventually result in compromised cellular energy. This process is referred to as oxidative stress.
Although your supply of natural antioxidants does diminish over time, it's important to know that you can lower your levels of oxidative stress. Simple lifestyle choices such as consuming a well-balanced diet, consistently exercising, avoiding toxins, and regularly detoxing can all help in this process.
You’re well aware of your physical body—you can touch it, feel it, see it. But chances are you take it for granted when it comes to its operations on a cellular level. I want you to think of every one of your cells as a light force or unit of energy, vibrating at the perfect frequency to produce the visible constitution that is your body. And surrounding your physical body is another layer of lifeforce energy consisting of infinitely brighter, finer, and more elevated frequency vibrations.
This is what is often referred to as your aura or magnetic field. It is your body’s human energy emanating outward. Your aura and your physical body are one in the same—two sides of the same coin. In fact, your physical body is simply a denser layer of this unconfined magnetic energy field. The elevated frequencies of these special energies [that produce your aura] make it difficult to see using the naked eye.
As your cell’s energy currency, ATP is the result of food being converted from physical matter into energy-carrying molecules in your cells. This process is called cellular respiration, which occurs within the mitochondria. It involves the decomposing of macronutrients such as proteins, carbohydrates, or even lipids into other molecules, resulting in the production of ATP.
Here’s a brief overview of the ATP process, beginning with the 3 main stages of production:
Glycolysis (in the cytoplasm)
Krebs cycle (citric acid cycle) (in the mitochondria)
Electron transport chain (ETC) (in the mitochondria)
These complex biological processes work in unison to convert food into cellular energy (ATP). The process mainly uses glucose, fatty acids, and at times, amino acids.
The first part of the process involves converting carbohydrates into glucose and then converting glucose into ATP. It unfolds as follows:
Glucose is broken down through a process known as Glycolysis, which, as a result, produces a modest amount of ATP. Next, the Krebs Cycle produces energy carriers that are then used by the Electron Transport Chain (ETC) that produces the most ATP.
A process referred to as beta-oxidation breaks down fats. This process then turns those fats into smaller units of fatty acids that are known as acetyl-CoA. From there, acetyl-CoA enters the Krebs cycle (also referred to as the citric acid cycle or tricarboxylic acid cycle). The end result of the Krebs cycle then feeds into the Electron Transport Chain (ETC), which then produces ATP.
Protein is broken down into amino acids by various enzymes in your stomach and small intestine. Once absorbed, the amino acids go through a process that results in the eventual formation of more energy production.
This natural process takes place to facilitate cellular energy production in your body. As a result, it’s important to know how important it is to
There are many intermediate products on the market that claim to facilitate energy metabolism. And while some may be promising, I’ve always erred on the side of safety. For this reason, I prefer tried-and-true methods that can support and facilitate my cellular well-being and overall holistic health. And that’s exactly what I recommend to others as well. Luckily, there are many roads that can lead to that destination.
As one of many powerful sources of energy, ATP (and the process that produces it) must be encouraged. I’ve already touched on a few ways to start this process. However, there is another proven and powerful method of doing so that I’ve yet to expand on in any great detail. And that’s with the use of our HyperBath Pro system. You may be able to experience benefits such as:
Release of toxins for a full body cleanse
Improved energy levels
Reduction in muscle aches
Alleviation from migraine headaches
Hope for a brighter and healthier future
